On ground-down keys and hacking doors

Dad ground a key, and now we can unlock any door with a secret formula. How fun.

I 'patched' my PC *coughhackedcough* and now it looks like a Mac. Pretty darn cool. 'course, it doesn't run becasue of all the programs that make it look like a mac running in the background slow it down, but still, slow Apple is better than a fast Windows.

School is okay. Aced a Science quiz, did passably in Latin, algebra is going alright, etc. I like our new debate subject 'cause it's actually something I care about.

Mmm...chocolate diped cookie dough bits. Good stuff..

Hope you're all well.

School was good today. I finally found my niche...I really like school a lot. Literature is my thing. I adore it. Challenging, hard, strenuous, but I love it. My least favourite is Latin, second favourite Algebra, and I usually zone out on Economics and Debate when I can.
I got paired with my best friend of the class for Debate. It's pretty sweet.

Hope you're all doing well.

Ramblings

I can't stop humming the theme from 'I Dream of Jeanie'. What is wrong with me?
I think life bores me.
I had a bizarre dream two nights ago (last night I had no dreams) that Jonathan invited me to his home and we cleaned his living room.
Really, it was quite amusing.

For school, Debate, we have to debate the death penalty. What are your opinions on said subject? I'm to think of an alternative, but I can't really. I'm not for capital punishment at all, I think it's the biggest show of hypocrisy and irony ever, but alternatives fail me.

No new posts, or even comments, on the Elevate blog. No surprise there.

Someone start an argument, or at least a heated discussion...my life needs seasoning.

*sigh*

I hate forwards.

"Did you know that those that wear black are the ones in the most need of your help?"

Cap'n Obvious.

Hope you all are doing well.

I wish sometimes that I could see myself as others see me.

Hai! Sorry it's been so long. Seems every time I have time for computer anymore, it's before 8am or after 9pm.
Really, life's pretty boring. I wrote a new poem though.

ιиvιηcιвlε

and for so long i've cried for you
for so long i wept
you left me here to drown in fear
show me where it's kept
can't you see i adore you so
must you betray me, love?
why abandon me to the crows
when hither is a dove?
through life and death, it's been so long
finally we can see
that through it all, my dear, my sweet
it's you that holds the key.

We'll miss you.

Kaela's blanket

*confetti*

150!
Yay!

Anyway, if you all could run to www.elevatecbc.blogspot.com and check out the uber new template, that'd be great. You can post comments there, or rather here if you prefer.

I was at Emerald Pointe today. Interesting. I don't wear shorts (let alone bathing suits), so I got a lot of weird looks for swimming in my black pants and black shirt. Pretty nice.
It was fun though. Worth floundering about with twenty-pound wet jeans pulling me down.

Tomorrow I have a loooot of homework...I was planning to split it up between today and tomorrow, but homework+water = unhappy teacher. We left at 8 and just got back (10:00), so no time for school.

Next Post: pics of Kaela's blanket, pillow, and clashing tote bag!

Cheers!

1 more post 'til 150...

I'm tempted to post once more after this just so I have 150. I believe I'll savor the moment, however.

Cheers, my new title is Russian. I'm sure you can translate it on some random translator if you like, but I'm not telling.

HI!

Today was FUN! I had to get up at 7 to get to church at 8:15 (I was a bit late, bleh), but it was good. I didn't totally quite screw up Media Shout either. Not quite. :D
They played Fix You (Coldplay) during the wait between services. It was great. Coldplay is great in church, regardless.
I finished Kaela's blanket and pillow. I sewed a quick makeshift cloth bag too, to put it in. I couldn't afford a real gift bag big enough. xD
Guess what-Leslie's to be my freshman Bible Fellowship (our fancy name for Sunday School) teacher! I'm so pumped. Sort of pity her though...It took 4 teachers to keep all of the 7-8th grade girls down. 'Specially me. =3

I have Blessed Be Your name stuck in my head.

Blessed be Your name
In the land that is plentiful
Where the streams of abundance flow,
Blessed be Your name.
Blessed be Your name when I'm found in the desert place
Though I walk through the wilderness,
Blessed be Your name.

Cheers!
