It's not the end of the world, hon. Don't think of it as someone giving you a lecture and telling you what you're doing wrong. Just talk -- as you talk, things will come up and you can address the issues and put the pieces together. If you've been keeping a journal, bring it with you. That helps immensely. Don't worry. I used to draw in my journal all the time -- poems and artwork. My journals aren't as artsy now, but I still write poetry.
